RJK installations is seeking experienced Cabinet Makers - Installers to join our growing team in the south eastern suburbs. This is a full time position that involves the installation of high-quality custom cabinets and joinery solutions.
What you'll be doing
- installing custom cabinets, benchtops, and associated joinery items according to client specifications
- Precisely measuring and marking out materials for cutting and shaping
- Operating power tools and machinery to cut, shape, and install cabinet components
- Installing completed cabinet units and joinery at client sites, ensuring a high standard of finish
- Collaborating with the design team to interpret plans and translate them into physical products
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Ensuring all work meets relevant building codes and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Completed apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Cabinet Making or a related trade
- Proven experience in fabricating and installing custom cabinetry and joinery
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, woodworking machinery,
and measuring equipment
- Robust time management and organisational skills
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
