Join Kepple
Kepple is a Melbourne-based technology startup that designs, builds and operates innovative mobile and web applications for the education sector. In 2024, Kepple was ranked the 13th fastest growing company in the Australian Financial Review Fast Starters list.
Our primary product, Spark Relief Teachers, connects schools and early childhood centres with casual teachers, education support staff and educators through our mobile and web platforms.
As Spark continues to grow, we are looking for a high-energy, motivated and proactive Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help bring our brand to life.
About the Role
This is a casual, office-based role located in Richmond. You will work up to 24 hours per week at a rate of $35 per hour plus superannuation.
The role is ideal for someone currently studying marketing, communications or a related discipline, as well as someone seeking their first professional prospect in marketing. We can provide flexibility when scheduling your regular working days around university commitments, but all hours will be worked from our Richmond office.
Your primary focus will be creating social media content and supporting the visual presentation of our brands. You will also gain practical exposure to online advertising, blog writing, digital communications, conferences, promotional campaigns and customer reward experiences.
This is a hands-on and collaborative role where you will see your work published and used by real customers. Strong communication and teamwork are essential. You will receive guidance and support while also being encouraged to take initiative, contribute ideas and take ownership of your work.
What You Will Do

- Design branded graphics and marketing materials using Canva
- Plan, prepare and schedule social media posts
- Write and edit copy for social media, blogs and digital communications
- Help maintain consistent branding across digital and printed materials

About You
We are looking for a high-energy and motivated team member who is:
- Currently studying marketing, communications, design or a related discipline, or looking to begin a career in marketing
- Confident using Canva to create polished and engaging content
- Creative with a strong eye for design and brand consistency
- Proactive and willing to take ownership rather than waiting for direction
- A strong communicator who can confidently share ideas, ask questions and seek feedback
- Collaborative and enthusiastic about working closely with people across the business
- Positive, energetic and willing to contribute wherever needed
- A capable writer with strong attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable receiving feedback and improving work through collaboration
- Curious about customers and what makes marketing content effective
- Reliable and motivated to contribute to a growing business
- Comfortable working all scheduled hours from our Richmond office
A portfolio is not essential, but examples of social media content, Canva designs,
university projects or personal creative work would be highly regarded.
Working With AI
Kepple has a positive and practical approach to artificial intelligence. We see AI as a tool that can help people work more efficiently and improve the quality of what they create.
The successful applicant should be curious and confident about using AI to explore ideas, refine content and accelerate their work. AI does not replace creativity, judgement or human connection. It empowers our team to produce thoughtful, high-quality work more efficiently.
You do not need to be an AI expert, but you should be willing to learn, experiment and use it responsibly.

Experience in any of the following would be valuable but is not essential:
- Creating content for social media accounts
- Copywriting or blog writing
