About the chance

As a Registered Nurse in our St Vincents Corinda Aged Care, you will work closely with the Clinical team comprising of Clinical Manager, Clinical Nurse and other Quality team. You will ensure the provision of quality patient/resident/client care through clinical nursing practice, promoting collaborative relationships amongst the health care team and maintaining a customer-focused approach to nursing across the continuum of care. Position Details
- Availability for part time permanent position with shifts as below:
- Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 14:00 - 22:30
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 06:00 - 14:30 and Thursday 22:00 - 06:30
- High experience in working with Dementia clients would be an advantage
- Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is essential
- Clinical nursing practice experience in an aged care facility
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow directives as per care plan
- Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
- Nationally Coordinated Police Clearance Certificate or NDIS Clearance
