Auto & General is seeking a skilled Claims Officer to manage a portfolio of third party credit hire claims within the Recoveries & Settlements team. You will drive cost effective, quality outcomes through robust relationships with suppliers, insurers and internal stakeholders.

You will review liability, negotiate favourable settlements, handle inbound inquiries, coordinate with repairers, and ensure compliant, timely processing in line with Insurance Contracts Act and the General Insurance Code
