Head Chef / Sous Chef – Join an Exciting New Chapter

Due to the continued growth of our business and the upcoming opening of a new destination restaurant, we are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Head Chef or Sous Chef to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a recent venue from the ground up, working in a beautifully designed kitchen featuring a half-open layout and a wood-fired grill at the heart of the restaurant. Our vision is to deliver refined French cuisine with a focus on quality ingredients, seasonality, craftsmanship, and genuine hospitality.

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Passion for French cuisine and cooking with fire.
- High standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
