As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal to join their Legal, Risk & Compliance team.

This is a unique opportunity for a paralegal who is looking for something beyond traditional legal support — someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, working with technology and bringing structure to complex legal operations.

You'll work closely with lawyers, governance, risk and compliance professionals and key stakeholders across the business, playing an important role in how the legal function operates and evolves.

The Role

This is a broad and highly visible role, combining corporate governance, legal operations, research, compliance and process improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

Corporate Governance & Legal Administration

- Supporting company secretarial and corporate governance activities
- Maintaining corporate records, registers and filings
- Assisting with board and committee meetings and documentation
- Managing and improving legal document and records management systems
- Supporting legal budget management, purchase orders and invoice tracking

Legal Operations & Workflow

- Leading the triage and allocation of legal requests across the business
- Reviewing and assessing contracts under lawyer supervision
- Identifying issues and escalating complex matters with appropriate context




- Developing tracking and reporting systems to improve visibility across the legal function
- Supporting the continuous improvement of legal workflows and processes

Legal Research & Regulatory Intelligence

- Conducting legal and regulatory research across multiple international jurisdictions
- Monitoring regulatory developments and preparing concise updates and alerts
- Preparing briefing notes and legal updates for internal stakeholders, subject to lawyer review

Process Improvement & Legal Technology

- Identifying opportunities to streamline legal processes and improve efficiency
- Developing templates, procedures and standard operating processes
- Supporting the implementation and adoption of legal technology
- Helping teams embed tools across contract management, compliance and legal spend tracking
- Championing smarter ways of working across the legal function

Compliance & Risk

- Supporting the identification and tracking of contractual and regulatory obligations
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure obligations are understood and monitored
- Contributing to compliance resources and internal education initiatives

About You

This role will suit a Senior Paralegal who thinks beyond the traditional paralegal role .

You may be someone who has developed a strong interest in legal operations, technology and process improvement — or perhaps you're already working in a legal operations, corporate or in-house setting and are ready to take the next step.

You'll ideally bring:

- Significant experience as a Senior Paralegal, Paralegal or Legal Operations professional




- Experience supporting corporate, commercial, project, finance or regulatory legal matters
- Strong understanding of legal processes, document management and workflow systems
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- The ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and synthesise complex information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine interest in legal technology and process improvement
- The confidence to work autonomously and collaborate with stakeholders across the business
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a natural ability to bring structure to complexity
