About The Role
Your background will ideally be in a building trade, with carpentry experience being highly regarded. However, this is a multi-skilled role that extends beyond traditional carpentry work.
You'll be involved in:
- Residential carpentry repairs and maintenance
- Doors, locks, cabinetry and timber repairs
- Minor plastering, painting and patching
- General property maintenance tasks
- Small renovation and improvement projects
- Property inspections and quoting
- Client introductions and relationship building
- Assisting with workflow planning and job management
No two days are the same.
One day you may be repairing a staircase in Wembley, the next you're meeting a property manager in Hillarys, preparing a quote in Osborne Park, or completing maintenance works for a homeowner in Mount Lawley.
Who We're Looking For
You are:
- A tradesman with at least 3 years' experience in high-end maintenance and property renos
- Based ideally, Perth metro area
- Well presented and professional
- Confident communicating with homeowners, property managers and strata managers
- Solutions-focused and able to work autonomously
- Comfortable turning your hand to a range of maintenance tasks beyond carpentry
- Organised, reliable and accountable
- Interested in growing with a business rather than simply working for one
