Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Malvern, VIC. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective learners via phone to understand their goals and recommend suitable courses and study pathways. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound enquiries, conducting needs-based consultations, providing accurate information on courses, fees, and support services,



closing and guiding applicants through the enrolment process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, following up leads in a timely manner, and collaborating with training and support teams to ensure a smooth learner experience. The Sales Consultant is expected to meet individual and team sales targets while upholding a learner-centric, ethical approach to vocational education.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with experience in needs-based, solution-focused conversations.
- Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a commitment to supportive, learner-focused interactions.
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written), including clear presentation of course options and processes.
- Experience in education, vocational training, or related sectors is highly regarded.
- Comfort working with CRMs and digital communication tools, with strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Malvern, VIC, managing a high volume of enquiries while maintaining quality conversations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales or enrolment targets in a values-driven environment.
- Relevant qualifications in business, sales, education, or a related field are advantageous but not mandatory.
