Nextt is seeking an experienced and reliable female Disability Support Worker to provide ongoing support to a participant living with quadriplegia in Toukley, NSW.

You will assist with personal care, health routines, meals and daily living tasks, including medication assistance and hoist transfers, while promoting dignity, independence and respect. A compassionate, qualified approach is essential for building trust with the participant.
