Matchworks is looking for enthusiastic and collaborative Post Placement Support Consultant , who will help to turn jobs into lasting careers by coaching people and employers to build inclusive, supportive workplaces.

What you’ll do
As a Post Placement Support Consultant in our team you’ll:
- Be on the ground, providing hands-on coaching and guidance at the workplace.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers.
- Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work.
What you’ll bring
- A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
- An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
- Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
