Hail Creek Open Cut, operated by Glencore, is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Superintendent to lead the Reliability and Improvement team onsite. You will provide technical leadership for maintenance, drive compliance, and shape maintenance strategy to support capital and operational programs.
You will mentor engineers, manage safety and risk, oversee CMMS-enabled preventative maintenance, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep the site as a leader in the coal industry.
