We are looking for an experienced Senior RAN Engineer to join our clients Engineering team and support the design, deployment, commissioning and optimisation of 4G, 5G and microwave networks . This role offers the opportunity to work on critical wireless infrastructure projects while collaborating with engineering, project and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy and optimise LTE and 5G Radio Access Networks (RAN).
- Integrate and commission eNodeBs (eNB) and gNodeBs (gNB).
- Perform RF planning, coverage and capacity analysis.
- Conduct drive testing using TEMS, Nemo or similar tools.
- Design and optimise microwave transmission links.
- Monitor network KPIs and troubleshoot RAN performance issues.




- Prepare engineering documentation and support network upgrades.

Skills & Experience

- Degree in Telecommunications, Communications or Electrical Engineering.
- 4+ years' experience in RAN Engineering (LTE/5G).
- Experience with RF planning and optimisation.
- Hands‑on experience with TEMS, Nemo, ATDI HTZ and/or Cambium Link Planner.
- Solid understanding of microwave transmission, RF planning and network optimisation.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
