We're now seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Scheduling & Workforce Optimisation to lead a critical function at the heart of our Home and Community business.

This is a rare opportunity to shape workforce strategy across a large, geographically dispersed workforce and play a pivotal role in how ECH delivers services today and into the future.

Reporting to the Head of Home and Community, you will lead workforce planning, scheduling and resource optimisation across our Home Services, Allied Health and Clinical teams. You'll combine strategic thinking, analytics, technology and operational leadership to ensure we have the right workforce, in the right place, at the right time.

Working closely with Operations, People & Culture, Finance, Digital and Executive leaders, you'll influence key organisational decisions that improve customer outcomes, workforce effectiveness and financial sustainability.

Leading ECH's workforce planning and scheduling strategy to support current demand and future growth.

Developing forecasting, workforce modelling and capacity planning capability that informs critical business decisions.

Optimising workforce deployment, scheduling practices and service logistics across a complex service environment.

Driving operational performance through workforce analytics, productivity insights and continuous improvement initiatives.

Partnering with recruitment and operational leaders to proactively address workforce capacity challenges.

Leading workforce transformation initiatives, technology improvements and creative workforce solutions.

Providing trusted advice and recommendations to senior and executive leaders on workforce strategy and performance.

Building a high-performing team and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence.

What You'll Bring

You are a strategic workforce leader who thrives on solving complex operational challenges and using data to drive better outcomes.

You'll have:

Significant experience leading workforce planning, scheduling, logistics or resource optimisation functions within a large and complex organisation.

Demonstrated success balancing customer outcomes, workforce utilisation and financial performance.

Strong analytical capability, including workforce modelling, forecasting, capacity planning and performance reporting.

Proven experience leading high-performing teams and driving organisational improvement and change.
