Internship Description

Are you interested in helping organisations get the best out of their people? As a Human Resources Intern , you’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting HR teams in Australian companies with key functions across recruitment, employee engagement, and workplace compliance. Typical tasks may include:

- Assisting with recruitment processes such as job ads, screening, and interviews
- Supporting onboarding and induction programs for current employees
- Maintaining HR records and documentation
- Helping coordinate training, performance management, and staff events
- Assisting with HR compliance, policies, and reporting

Knowledge & Skills

As this is an internship role, we welcome applications from university students and recent graduates. The following knowledge and skills will help you succeed:

Eligibility

This program is open to international students and graduates who are:

- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in HR, business, management, or a related field

- Looking to build valuable local experience to begin a career in human resources in Australia

The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated Mentor and Placement Consultant to guide, coach, and offer career advice throughout the internship placement.
