Internship Description
Are you interested in helping organisations get the best out of their people? As a Human Resources Intern , you’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting HR teams in Australian companies with key functions across recruitment, employee engagement, and workplace compliance. Typical tasks may include:
- Assisting with recruitment processes such as job ads, screening, and interviews
- Supporting onboarding and induction programs for current employees
- Maintaining HR records and documentation
- Helping coordinate training, performance management, and staff events
