39.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 4pm‑12am, with 1 in 3 Saturdays. £13.55 per hour, plus time‑based supplements totalling between £13.75–£16.93.
Overview
We’re looking for a Team Lead to join our Wakefield Depot. In this role you will be the link between the supervisors and warehouse staff providing immediate hands‑on leadership and supervision, ensuring maximum effort and attention to detail in a protected and tidy environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating, prioritising, and delegating warehouse activities.
- Managing staff hours, sickness, and holidays to help ensure no detriment to operations.
- Motivating and developing staff to maximise productivity and efficiency.
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for the majority of your shift, lift products up to 15kg, bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
