Location: Woodridge - QLD Role Type: Multiple Positions | Part Time & Casual Part Time Roster: Week 1 - Mon (PM Shift), Wed,Thu & Fri (AM Shift) | Week 2 - Mon & Thu (AM Shift), Tue (PM Shift)

Remuneration: $33.26 to $36.96 ph + (25% casual loading for casuals) + Super + Salary Packaging + Allowances + Employee Discounts

As a Personal Carer, you will:

- Support residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Promote independence and well-being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life.
- Work as part of a team Collaborate with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all.
- Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety.
- Provide emotional support and create a warm, nurturing environment.
- Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care.

You Will Have:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)




- An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in a similar role in aged care
