Franchise Personal Trainer Opportunity

This is a rent-based franchise opportunity , giving you the freedom to run your own PT business while benefiting from our established gym, modern facilities, and a thriving community of 3,800+ active members . With uncapped earning potential, your success grows with the client base you build.

What You'll Do

- Conduct Fitness Packs and Functional Guided Training (FGT) sessions.
- Complete consultations and fitness assessments with new and existing members.
- Build relationships with members and grow your client base.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a safe, welcoming gym environment.

12-Week Business Build-Up Program (Optional)

New Franchise PTs can ease into full rent through our structured Build-Up Program, featuring reduced rent, dedicated business-building hours, and ongoing mentoring.

Build-Up Schedule

- Weeks 1-3:



0% rent (16 business-building hours/week)
- Weeks 4-6: 25% rent (12 hours/week)
- Weeks 7-9: 50% rent (8 hours/week)
- Weeks 10-12: 75% rent (4 hours/week)
- Week 13+: Full rent, no required business-building hours

Business-building activities include member engagement, consultations, lead follow-up, body composition scans, and maintaining a professional gym floor.

Ongoing Support

- Weekly mentoring with the Personal Training Manager.
- Business development, sales, and coaching workshops.
- Regular feedback, accountability, and ongoing career development.

What You’ll Bring

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness (completed or currently studying).
