Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for cards migration and transformation programs.
- Work on end-to-end credit card lifecycle, including origination, transaction processing, authorization, clearing, settlement, billing, and collections.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, including data mapping, interface definitions, and process flows.
- Drive initiatives related to system upgrades, divestitures, and global card platform releases.




- Ensure compliance with Visa and Mastercard scheme regulations and industry standards.
- Support integration with digital wallets (Google Pay, Apple Pay) and other digital payment channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Product, Technology, and Operations to align deliverables with product strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives, especially around cards origination and customer onboarding journeys.
- Work closely with architects and developers on platforms such as VisionPLUS and BASE Global (P1C).
- Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation during migration cycles.
- Support SIT/UAT phases, defect triaging, and business sign-offs.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure quality delivery.
- Engage senior stakeholders and provide regular updates on program progress and outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Cards/Payments domain.
- Strong understanding of Credit Card systems and processes across retail and commercial cards.
- Proven experience in handling complex, flagship programs such as:
- Cards Migration / Transformation
- Divestitures
- Scheme Compliance (Visa/Mastercard)
- Hands-on experience with cards platforms:
- VisionPLUS
- BASE Global (P1C)
- MAPS
- Experience in mobile wallet integrations (Google Pay / Apple Pay).
- Strong exposure to risk transformation and regulatory initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills across global teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on quality and risk mitigation.
