Company Description: Westbourne Food and Agriculture is a specialist strategy firm focused on clients in the food, agriculture, and retail sectors. Our senior consultants combine deep industry knowledge, with a hands‑on approach to deliver practical, actionable solutions in areas such as growth strategy, revenue optimization, manufacturing, supply chain and procurement.

Due to recent rapid growth in our procurement practice, we are looking to engage a strategic sourcing specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end to end sourcing initiatives across a range of categories for our clients, from development of sourcing strategies, through to market engagement, negotiations, recommendation and implementation.

We are looking for consultants who have:

- 2 to 3 years experience with a top tier, big 4 or specialist procurement firm
- Experience managing end to end sourcing initiatives
- Exposure to FMCG is highly regarded

The role is based onsite in Melbourne and will be for an initial contract period of 6 months. Start date is in approx. 2 weeks.
