L3 Senior Engineer (AWS)

Sydney | Hybrid

Infotrust is looking for an L3 Senior Engineer with strong AWS and infrastructure experience to join our Service Delivery team in Sydney.

You’ll work across customer environments supporting operational delivery, resolving advanced technical issues, contributing to project work, and helping uplift capability across the broader engineering function.

This role will suit someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, customer engagement, and being trusted to take ownership of outcomes.

Day to Day

- Resolving complex infrastructure and service-related incidents
- Supporting, servicing, and maintaining AWS environments
- Delivering service desk and customer-facing engineering work
- Assisting with platform optimisation, automation, and operational improvement initiatives
- Supporting service escalations from lower-tier engineers
- Working closely with internal delivery and cyber security teams

Skills & Experience

- Strong AWS, service desk, and systems engineering experience




- Experience across infrastructure, cloud, networking, and managed environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
- Experience within MSP or managed services environments
- Solid communication and customer engagement skills
- Experience with Microsoft environments, virtualisation, backup, and infrastructure platforms is highly regarded
