Project Overview:

The Eva Copper Mine Project is a greenfield resource poised to become the largest recent mine in Queensland, Australia. It is located in Cloncurry on the traditional lands of the Kalkadoon people. The Project is owned by Harmony, a world-class gold and copper mining and development company with assets in South Africa, Australia, and Papua New Guinea.

Bechtel is delivering the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) scope for the Eva Copper Process Plant and Non-Process Infrastructure. Bechtel is providing these EPC services across all disciplines and functions for this exciting capital project.

Job Summary:

We are looking for Labourers and Trade's Assistant's for our job site and our Cloncurry warehouse and preassembly yard.

- Minimum 3 years working in an industrial or mining environment.
- Must be able to carry out: general cleaning and tidy of site, removing debris and excess materials from work areas,



unloading of various materials and equipment delivered to work location, use of wheelbarrows, digging trenches, shoveling rubble and concrete, placing tools in preparation for use by skilled craft professionals. Physically fit to perform the mentioned tasks.
- Construction White Card is a mandatory requirement for all Project site personnel.

Remuneration:

Details as per EA:

- 2:1 continuous roster, RDO accrued
- 70 hour work week: Monday - Sunday
- $42 per hour (base rate) + penalties
- $4.00 p/h - site allowance (for site-based roles)

Plus, the below accruals
- Project Incentive Payment - $110 per completed week of service.
- Redundancy - $170 per week for each completed week of service.
- Annual Leave and Personal Leave.
