About Us: Urban Greenaid is fast-growing sustainable landscape maintenance company based in Perth. Our key business provides commercial + multi-unit residential lawn & garden maintenance services across Perth & surrounds.

We offer a full-suite of services to our clients, including landscape design + construction, irrigation installation & repair & property maintenance. We primarily service strata clients (body corporates) who entrust us to provide reliable & professional services!

About You: You have a strong work ethic with a commitment to completing tasks diligently, efficiently & always to a high standard. A positive attitude with a solution focused approach motivates & drives you either as part of a team or autonomously.

The Position:

- Operate push mowers, line trimmers & edgers to provide professional lawn maintenance
- Operate hedge trimmers, pruners & chainsaws to provide routine garden maintenance
- Provide general garden maintenance duties such as weeding, pruning & fertilising
- Perform physically demanding tasks to complete specific functions of the role
- Demonstrate a safety-first mindset whilst undertaking all work tasks
- Assist in the maintenance & cleaning of tools, equipment & workspaces




- Provide support to & follow instructions as directed by the team leader.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- Lawn mowing & various power tool experience (1 year minimum experience)
- A good knowledge of plant care, pruning techniques, & seasonal garden maintenance
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- White/Blue Card (Construction Induction)
- Current Australian C-Class driver's licence
- National Police Certificate (Police checks)
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residence.
