About The Role As a Part Time Langham Service Agent at The Langham Sydney, you will be handling guest bookings, and ensuring every stay is seamless. You will connect with guests, coordinate with teams, and bring a touch of luxury to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- To ensure all Room Reservation enquiries are handled professionally, efficiently and accurately over both email and phone
- Contribute positively to the achievement of sales & revenue budget through conversion of reservation enquiries into sales
- To handle all incoming calls into the hotel and redirect as appropriate.
- To handle all hotel food & beverage outlet reservations
- To process all In-Room Dining orders from hotel guests

Your skills and experience will include:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite) and valid working rights
- Attention to detail, flexible with working hours and reliable

- You have availability throughout the week, public holidays and on weekends
