Drive financial performance in a growing care organisation St Jude's Health Care Services is a leading provider of aged care, disability, mental health and home care services across Western Australia. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Corporate Finance team in a pivotal leadership role. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will lead group reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis across a multi-entity organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong technical accounting expertise with commercial insight and stakeholder engagement.Responsibilities and Duties Lead monthly group reporting, consolidations and management accounts
Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations and financial controls
Deliver meaningful financial analysis and executive-level reporting
Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
Provide commercial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
Act as the finance champion for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Jet Reports
Support audit, compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
Mentor junior team members and build strong relationships across the business
Skills, Attributes and Experience
You are a proactive and commercially minded finance professional with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights. To be successful, you will bring: CA or CPA qualification
Experience in a Senior Accountant, Finance Manager, Management Accountant or Group Reporting role
Strong multi-entity reporting and consolidation experience
Advanced budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis capability
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly Regarded: Aged care, disability or community services experience
Jet Reports expertise
Experience with executive or board reporting
Exposure to finance transformation or systems projects
