Key Responsibilities Define and own the overall architecture strategy, vision, and target-state architecture for complex enterprise programs and initiatives.

Provide architectural leadership across multiple workstreams, ensuring solutions align with business objectives, technology strategy, and enterprise standards.

Establish architecture principles, patterns, standards, and governance processes to support consistent solution delivery.

Lead the design and review of end-to-end architectures across applications, integrations, data, infrastructure, cloud, and security domains.

Collaborate with senior business stakeholders, delivery leads, solution architects, and technical teams to shape strategic technology decisions.

Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, resilience, performance, and operational supportability.

Drive technology roadmaps, architecture evolution, and modernisation initiatives across the organisation.

Review and approve solution designs, technical recommendations, and implementation approaches.

Identify and manage architectural risks, dependencies, technical debt, and strategic trade-offs.

Provide mentoring, guidance,



and leadership to solution architects and technical delivery teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years’ experience in architecture, solution design, or senior technology leadership roles.

Demonstrated experience leading architecture for large-scale enterprise transformation and digital delivery programs.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, solution architecture, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.

Experience defining architecture strategies, technology roadmaps, and governance frameworks.

Strong knowledge of application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure architecture principles.

Experience working across complex stakeholder environments and multiple delivery teams.

Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Experience producing and governing architecture artefacts, standards, and design documentation.

Ability to balance strategic objectives, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery outcomes.
