Top tier, award-winning design studio in the heart of Brisbane is looking for an experienced Health Planning Lead. The role is best suited to someone with exceptional delivery and leadership skills on large, complex health projects. Strong leadership skills are essential for this position, both of stakeholders and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Take whole or part responsibility for health planning in a leadership role, including early project phases through to construction documentation.
- Run user group meetings and collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and consultants.
- Liaise with clients and represent the studio in meetings and presentations.
- Encourage, mentor and develop team skills to support professional growth.
- Team-oriented, innovative, and proactive approach to design challenges.
- Passionate about architecture in all its forms, combining health planning expertise with a wider design curiosity.
Skills & Experience
- Master of Architecture or equivalent.
- Proven experience delivering complex, medium-to-large scale health projects, with knowledge of the Australian Health Facility Guidelines (AusHFGs).
- Strong understanding of total project processes including fees, team management, schedules, and budgets.
- A positive, innovative, capable, and dynamic approach to problem solving.
- Enjoy working in collaborative working environment as part of a team.
