About the RoleReporting to the Production Manager, you'll lead a team of 8–9 fabricators while remaining hands-on with fabrication work. You'll be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and support a team of 8–9 fabricators




- Coordinate daily workflow to meet production deadlines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Perform hands-on fabrication and welding as required
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Promote a positive and productive team culture

About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Trade qualifications in Fabrication or a related discipline
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Team Leader within a fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Strong fabrication skills and the ability to read technical drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- A commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
- The ability to motivate and support a high-performing team
