Just Lifestyle Centres is a leading provider of swim, gym, and leisure facilities across the Brisbane, Ipswich, and Somerset regions, offering land and aqua-based fitness classes, personal training, learn to swim programs, and 24/7 gym facilities. Our pools support everything from lap swimming and swim squads to swim clubs, school carnivals, kindies, community groups, and school holiday programs.

We're hiring casual staff for the summer season across our sites in Rosewood, Leichhardt, Goodna, Bundamba (Ipswich region), and Lowood and Kilcoy (Somerset region).

Start date: August intake and Early September

- Lifeguards
- Learn to Swim Teachers
- Assistant Squad Coach
- Fitness and Aqua Instructors

About the roles: Whether you're supervising our pools and responding to emergencies, teaching kids to swim, supporting our swim squads as an Assistant Coach, or leading fitness and aqua classes,



you'll be part of a team that creates a safe, fun environment for our members and the local community.

What we're looking for

- Relevant qualifications for your role (e.g. Pool Lifeguard, AUSTSWIM, swim coaching accreditation, or a willingness to obtain one)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidays
- A team player who takes safety seriously
