The Opportunity

Working directly with experienced Partners,



you will be entrusted with high-quality commercial litigation matters from the outset. You'll have direct client contact, strategic involvement in matters, and genuine responsibility, allowing you to accelerate your professional development while building long-term client relationships.

You will enjoy exposure to a broad range of complex disputes including:

- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Insolvency and restructuring
- Business and corporate litigation
- Property and leasing disputes
- Debt recovery and enforcement proceedings
- Alternative dispute resolution, mediations and court appearances

About You You will be a commercially minded litigation lawyer with:

✔ 3-4+ years' post-admission experience in Commercial Litigation or Insolvency

✔ Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills

✔ Experience managing litigation matters from commencement through to resolution

✔ Excellent commercial judgement and strategic thinking

✔ Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

✔ A genuine desire to continue developing your career within a collaborative, high-performing team
