Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will focus on developing strong customer relationships. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers. The focus of your role is to provide memorable experiences for all customers either in store or over the telephone.

What You'll Do

- Perform general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, banking, receipting, and dispatching of goods.
- Assist customers with pricing and product queries and process counter sales.
- Maintain safety processes.
- Assist with merchandise campaign material.
- Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment.
- Load and unload trucks, dispatch, and unpack orders and deliveries.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in a team-support role in a busy setting.




- Passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise.
- Experience working within a sales environment.
- Effective verbal communication skills to build solid long-term customer relationships.
- A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Problem‑solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
- A current driver’s licence is essential.
- Forklift licence desirable, but not essential.
