About The Role

This is an office-based role (Kippa-Ring) suited to an estimator who enjoys working through detailed documentation, producing accurate costings, and contributing directly to the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.

- Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and detailed take-offs for large-scale landscape construction projects
- Review and analyse construction drawings, scope documents, and specifications
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and lead times
- Create back-costing reports and assist with tracking job performance against budgets

About You

You are organised, methodical, and comfortable working independently. You communicate clearly, collaborate well with others,



and take pride in producing thorough and accurate estimates.

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience in an estimating role within landscaping or construction
- Strong ability to read and interpret plans and construction documentation
- High level of proficiency in Excel
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines

Highly Regarded

- CAD experience
- Experience in pricing large-scale residential or commercial projects
- Understanding of construction sequencing and site processes
