Comply Flow is a growing B2B SaaS compliance platform trusted by enterprise clients in shipping, construction, mining and logistics. We're hiring a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own our marketing engine — set strategy and execute it yourself, using AI (Claude, Claude Code) to punch above a small team's weight.

Success here = qualified pipeline for Sales, not impressions or clicks.

Sydney or Newcastle preferred (hybrid); the right person matters more than location.

Full time or part-time considered for the right candidate.

What you'll own:

- Paid campaigns — Google/Linked In, real budget accountability, real ROAS
- AI & automation — build workflows with Claude/Claude Code that remove manual work
- Content, SEO & directories (Linked In, blog, newsletter, G2/Capterra) — grows over time

We're not after a unicorn expert across every channel. We'd rather hire someone strong in a few of these, commercially sharp, and hungry to grow into the rest.





You'll fit well if:

- You've personally run paid campaigns with real budget ownership
- You can diagnose and fix a website/landing page yourself
- You think in pipeline and qualified opportunities, not just leads or traffic
- You've built something with AI (an automation, agent, workflow) — not just prompted one
- You're comfortable testing and adjusting fast on a modest budget

Also fine: a different CRM than Hub Spot, stronger on Google than Linked In Ads, no dev background, limited SaaS exposure, no complex AI agents built yet, stepping up from a specialist role.
