What we actually do

We co-create companies from scratch with ambitious founders and corporates.

You'll build 3–4 new ventures per year across completely different domains, each one goes from zero to real users in months, not years.

You'll work across the full stack because every venture demands it. You'll talk directly to customers, make architectural decisions, own products end‐to‐end, and ship constantly.

What makes this different & compatible mindsets

You'll learn to build companies, not just features. You're in strategy sessions deciding what to build. You talk to first customers and see products find fit (or pivot when they don't). You understand the business context behind every technical decision.

Variety over specialisation. We're for engineers who get bored working on one codebase for years. You'll touch more technologies and industries in 12 months than most see in a career.

Small team, outsized impact. We're 15 people building ventures that raise millions and serve thousands. No bureaucracy between you and the work.

In‐person by design. Darlinghurst office the majority of the week. Our best work happens when designers, strategists,



and engineers are sketching on whiteboards together.

What we're looking for

- 3–5 years of hands‐on experience, shipping real products.
- Full‐stack skillset, modern JS/TS, Python, at least one compiled language (Go, Rust, C++) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Practical experience with AI/LLM implementation.
- Cares deeply about craft and communicates clearly — no ego, just valuable work.

More importantly: You build side projects because you can't help yourself. You have strong opinions about architecture and can justify them. You move fast but care about craft. You can explain technical tradeoffs to non‐technical people without being condescending.

This probably isn't for you if...

You need rigid structure and crystal‐clear requirements upfront. You want to specialise deeply in a single technology. You need 5 days remote. You prefer large teams with little collaboration. You prefer to work slowly and safely.
