We are a vertically integrated modular construction and development group. We design in Australia, manufacture through our own facilities in China, and deliver into major projects across Australia, the Pacific and Asia. As the business continues to grow, we are appointing a Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to own the coordination that keeps product, materials and documentation moving seamlessly between our Australian operations, our Beijing team, our manufacturing base and our project sites.

This is a pivotal operational role with genuine ownership. You will establish and run the systems and processes that underpin our supply chain as we scale — bringing structure and rigour to a fast-growing international operation, and taking real accountability for how it performs.

The role

- Procurement — sourcing, ordering and coordinating the supply of project materials and equipment, including provisional-sum items, through to delivery.
- International logistics — coordinating the movement of product, parts and materials between Australia and our China manufacturing base, including freight, shipping and export documentation.
- Supply-chain systems — establishing and owning robust systems and processes for logistics, procurement and documentation, moving the function onto professional tools as the business scales.
- China coordination — working closely with our Beijing team to align sourcing, procurement and the movement of goods across both ends of the operation.
- Client logistics interface — acting as the coordination point for client delivery requirements, working with our in-country logistics lead who manages execution from China.




- Documentation and commercial support — maintaining accurate delivery, shipping and cost records, and providing the supporting information for contract administration and variations, which are managed by our commercial and estimating lead.

About you

- Demonstrated experience coordinating logistics, procurement or supply chain within a construction, manufacturing or product-driven business.
- A systems and process mindset — you build structure and rigour, and you improve operations rather than simply maintaining them.
- Highly organised, detail-focused and composed under pressure, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident, professional communicator — you will be a key point of contact for our clients and our international team.
- Comfortable operating in a growing, quick-moving business with the autonomy to shape your function and a direct line to leadership.

Highly regarded

- Experience in international freight, exports or customs.
- Procurement or supply-chain qualifications.
- Exposure to modular construction, prefabrication or offshore manufacturing.
- Familiarity with logistics, ERP, project or document-management systems.
