HOBAN is seeking motivated and reliable individuals for an exciting Machine Operator opportunity within a well-established production setting. This role focuses on operating and monitoring machinery while ensuring product quality and efficient production output. It offers the chance to become a valued part of a dedicated team. Morning Shift

Monday to Friday - 6am - 2pm

$34.65 per hour

Afternoon Shift

Monday to Friday - 2pm - 10pm

$38.81 per hour

Location: Erskine Park

Duties of the role:

- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient operation.
- Perform machine changeovers as required.
- Complete quality assurance (QA) checks and maintain accurate production documentation.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Pack finished products into boxes on the production line.
- Wrap, label and stack pallets ready for dispatch.
- Load and manually handle products and materials (up to 25kg).
- Meet hourly and daily production targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
- Opportunity to transition to a permanent night shift in the future.

About You:

- Previous machine operating experience




- Minimum 6 months' experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound understanding of safe manual handling techniques.
- Able to follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn new processes and adapt to changing production requirements.
