We’re looking for a Maintenance Administrator to create a seamless experience for homeowners during their first year in their new AVIA home.
As the organisational backbone of our Maintenance team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring requests are handled efficiently, communication stays clear and every customer feels supported throughout their warranty journey.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing maintenance and warranty requests from homeowners
- Scheduling appointments with customers, trades and suppliers
- Maintaining accurate records, files and documentation across company systems
- Raising purchase orders,
work orders and warranty documentation
- Tracking open jobs and following up outstanding actions through to completion
What you bring
- Administration, coordination or customer service experience
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with people
- The ability to manage multiple priorities without missing a beat
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to jump in and help
