- Plan and execute preventative maintenance to enhance equipment reliability.
- Continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles.
- Maintain, service, and troubleshoot plant machinery & equipment per regulatory and safety standards.
- Perform property/facilities maintenance duties.
- Perform routine checks on plant machinery & equipment (e.g., machine checks, tagging out of service equipment, 6S activities, fire drills).
Skills and Licences:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (manufacturing/mechanical industrys highly regarded).
- Cert III Mechanical Engineering or Fitter &
- Turner Qualification.
- Some hydraulics experience (highly regarded)
- Mig &
- Arc welding experience
- Forklift licence
- Experience in manual handling and working at heights.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Uphold values of Safety, Teamwork, Excellence, Quality, and Integrity.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Highly Desired: , EWP licence, High risk work licence, Disconnect & reconnect licence.
