With the exciting opening of our stunning new five-star Community Centre and the completion of additional accommodation, Fairway Carindale is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and customer-focused Maintenance Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. Our state-of-the-art Community Centre has been thoughtfully designed to provide an exceptional lifestyle experience for our residents and features a heated indoor swimming pool, Pilates studio, fully equipped gymnasium, beauty salon, café, residents' bar, dining room, reception lounge, meeting room, billiards area, and beautifully appointed outdoor entertaining spaces with spectacular views.

We are looking for a Full Time Maintenance Officer, a jack of all trades that is also a people person! Reporting directly to the Village Manager, you will be part of a small yet dynamic team and be responsible for the general repair and maintenance throughout the village.
Daily Tasks
- General maintenance and upkeep of the village
- Responding to resident requests
- Preventative maintenance & inspections
- Repairs to building & equipment
- Resident bus driving
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have previous experience as a handy person or general maintenance officer
- Be a ‘can do’ person with a positive attitude
- Have pride in what you do
- Be able to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have basic computer skills
- Have an Open Class C Drivers Licence
