Maintenance Supervisor - Mechanical Lead people. Drive performance. Make a real impact. We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor – Mechanical to lead a high-performing team of skilled maintenance professionals in a dynamic heavy industry environment.

This is an opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you’ll influence performance, build team capability, and drive reliability outcomes across critical plant and equipment. You’ll bring together technical expertise and strong leadership to deliver safe, efficient, and results-driven maintenance activities. What You’ll Be Doing Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled maintenance personnel

Drive safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities across fixed plant

Analyse equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities to optimise reliability and production

Build strong, collaborative relationships across Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams

Provide clear direction, confident decision-making, and aligned team leadership

Identify cost-saving opportunities and improvements in maintenance strategies

Deliver meaningful feedback and coaching to support individual and team growth

Support and contribute to Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) practices What You’ll Bring Proven leadership experience in fixed plant and heavy industry

Robust communication skills with a genuine, people-focused leadership approach

Ability to analyse plant performance and implement practical improvement strategies

Confidence in making decisions and leading teams toward shared outcomes

Experience fostering collaboration across multiple departments

Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance costs and improve performance

Mechanical (Fitter and Turner)



trade qualification with experience in heavy equipment or fixed plant maintenance (highly regarded)

Knowledge of Reliability Cantered Maintenance (RCM) (highly regarded) Why join DBCT?
