We are seeking a commercially astute Management Accountant to join the team, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. This is a key role partnering across the business to deliver high-quality financial insights, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyse monthly management reports, with analysis and commentary
- Analyse sales revenue and margins across multiple business units
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and development of 3-way financial models
- Oversee month-end processes including journals, reconciliations, and reporting
- Contribute to system and reporting improvements, including automation initiatives
- Provide support across cross-functional projects
- Provide insights and guidance for the SLT and key non finance stakeholders

About You:





- Degree in Accounting and CA/CPA qualified or approaching qualification
- Experience in a Management Accountant, Analyst or Business Partner role
- Product or sales based industry experience highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical and financial modelling skills
- Advanced Excel capabilities; experience with Power BI highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
