We are looking for a Management Accountant to join our Virginia manufacturing site, where you’ll work at the intersection of Finance and Operations, turning data into insights that directly improve factory performance. This is not a typical desk‑based finance role.

You’ll be embedded in the business, partnering with Manufacturing teams to improve efficiency, reduce cost and drive better operational decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Partner with Manufacturing (Core Focus)

- Work closely with Manufacturing Managers and Team Leaders

- Analyse production performance (yield, waste, efficiency)

- Translate data into clear actions on the factory floor

- Product Costing & Commercial Insight

- Own product costing across the site (including NPD and value engineering)





- Model the financial impact of production and process changes

- Financial Reporting & Planning

- Manage the monthly close process and reporting

- Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking

- Provide cost centre reporting and analysis

- Performance Improvement & Projects

- Identify and quantify cost‑saving opportunities

- Support capital projects and operational improvement initiatives
