At Prime, we're looking for a commercially minded Manager – Accounting, Tax & CFO Advisory to join our growing Accounting & Business Advisory division.

This role offers the best of both worlds — leveraging your robust technical tax and accounting expertise while developing your capability as a trusted business adviser.

You'll work closely with privately owned businesses, high-net-worth clients and growing organisations, helping them navigate everything from compliance and tax planning through to strategic decision-making, virtual CFO support and business transactions.

What You'll Do

As a Manager, you'll play a key leadership role within the team,



acting as a trusted adviser to clients while mentoring and developing emerging talent.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing a diverse portfolio of business advisory, tax and compliance clients.
- Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and complex taxation matters for companies, trusts and partnerships.
- Providing proactive tax planning, structuring and advisory solutions.
- Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver additional value.
- Preparing and reviewing management reports, budgets, forecasts and Board reporting packs.
- Supporting clients with strategic business decisions through virtual CFO and outsourced finance services.
- Assisting with business acquisitions, due diligence engagements and transaction support projects.
