Are you an experienced quality assurance leader with a passion for excellence in vocational education and training? As the Manager Quality Assurance, you will lead a team responsible for strengthening academic quality across North Metropolitan TAFE by developing policy, procedures and skilled learning solutions that support compliance with state and national standards. You will oversee strategic audits, re-registration activities, training and assessment quality practices, and engagement with regulators, while driving continuous improvement and capability development across the organisation.
We are looking for a collaborative and influential leader with strong knowledge of the VET sector, extensive quality assurance and audit experience, and the ability to build effective relationships, lead teams and deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex and evolving environment.
