You’ll guide a multidisciplinary team, oversee clinical and operational excellence, and build strong relationships with residents, families and staff. You will

Lead local implementation of strategic and operational initiatives Manage change, workforce planning and performance across the facility Oversee safe, high‑quality care that meets residents’ physical, social, emotional, spiritual and clinical needs Ensure compliance with the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, AN‑ACC and WHS requirements Manage occupancy, funding and budget targets Respond to enquiries, manage waitlists and support prospective residents Drive continuous improvement and customer‑focused service delivery Build strong, positive relationships with residents, families, staff and external partners About the Team Gracewood, Salter Point is a modern, welcoming home with a strong sense of community, supported by a team who genuinely care about creating a calm, safe and connected environment for residents. As the senior leader on site, you’ll guide a multidisciplinary workforce that supports 110 residents, including those in the dedicated memory support unit. Your team values steady leadership that is present, approachable and clear.

You will also bring
