- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $149,739 to $173,174 + super
About The Role This is a practical delivery role supporting the NSW Reconstruction Authority to plan for the workforce it needs now and into the future. You will lead the development of workforce strategies, plans and initiatives that support organisational priorities, improve workforce sustainability and respond to changing business needs. You will work with leaders and teams across RA to understand workforce challenges, analyse workforce data and translate insights into clear, practical actions. The role will contribute to strategic workforce planning, organisational design, workforce reporting and projects that strengthen capability, capacity and readiness across the organisation.
This role would suit someone with experience in strategic workforce planning, talent strategy, organisational development or consulting; who enjoys turning ideas, data and stakeholder input into workable plans and solutions.
About You You are a workforce planning, organisational development skilled who can work with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop practical workforce solutions. You are comfortable working across projects, using data and evidence, and supporting leaders to make informed decisions about workforce priorities.
You bring strong communication, analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organise information, identify themes and develop clear recommendations. You can build effective working relationships, manage competing priorities and contribute to change in a considered and practical way.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Demonstrate
- Experience supporting or delivering workforce strategies, workforce plans or related HR initiatives.
- Strategic workforce planning experience, organisational design,
organisational review or change projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders to understand workforce issues and deliver practical plans and outcomes.
- Experience preparing briefings, recommendations, project plans or business cases to support workforce priorities.
- Demonstrated strong written communication, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in government, consulting or a large and complex organisation will be highly regarded.
- Experience in strategy development, diversity or targeted employment programs will be advantageous.

To reduce the severity and impacts of disasters, the NSW Reconstruction Authority will complete critical planning and preparation with communities, businesses and government.
