This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a commercially driven Marketing Director to establish, lead and scale the marketing function across Australia & New Zealand. The role will drive the regional marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on digital transformation, performance marketing, and data‑led decision making, ensuring marketing investment directly contributes to revenue growth, brand equity and distribution expansion.

The role is based out of our office in Sydney.

Responsibilities

- Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Lead the development and execution of the annual integrated marketing strategy across B2C, B2B and B2B2C channels,



integrating media, digital media, PR and trade marketing with a transparent focus on delivering measurable commercial outcomes. Act as a key member of the regional leadership team, aligning marketing with broader commercial and revenue objectives.
- Brand & Campaign Leadership: Act as the regional brand custodian, ensuring all campaigns are executed to the highest standard and aligned with global brand positioning. Lead localisation and amplification of global campaigns, ensuring relevance for the ANZ luxury consumer. Manage the marketing calendar across touchpoints, coordinating across internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency across all channels and timely execution.
