Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a hybrid role, adaptable from 2 to 4 days per week. This position supports the planning and execution of marketing and communications activities, including coordinating campaigns, assisting with content creation, and managing timelines and deliverables.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media platforms, content production and finesse, and EDM's. The role also involves maintaining marketing materials, supporting sales initiatives,



and contributing to project documentation and reporting.

The Marketing

Coordinator will collaborate closely with the broader team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with client expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Writing skills for creating and reviewing marketing copy, campaign messaging, and basic content across channels.
- Project Management abilities to organize tasks, manage timelines, and support the delivery of multiple campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is highly beneficial.
- Relevant qualification or similar experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
