The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and inspiring Bar Manager to lead our award-winning Mary Mary team.

As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and success of one of Hobart's premier cocktail destinations. You will drive exceptional guest experiences,



champion innovation in beverage offerings, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure operational excellence across all aspects of the venue.

With a hands-on leadership style and solid commercial acumen, you will play a key role in maintaining Mary Mary's reputation for world-class cocktails, outstanding service, and luxury hospitality.
