Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Develop, solve, and critically review advanced mathematical problems with real-world relevance and rigorous structure

Apply deep expertise in algebra, calculus, statistics, discrete mathematics, or related fields to design complex, meaningful problem statements

Evaluate AI-generated mathematical reasoning for correctness, depth, clarity, and logical soundness

Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to identify gaps and improve model performance

Ensure mathematical rigor and precision across all deliverables — catching errors that only a trained expert would spot





Work independently on task-based assignments at your own pace and on your own schedule Who You Are Hold a Master's or PhD in Mathematics or a closely related field

Deeply fluent in at least one core area: algebra, calculus, statistics, or discrete mathematics

Comfortable coding in Python, MATLAB, or Mathematica for research or problem-solving tasks

Exceptionally precise in written communication — you can explain complex ideas with clarity and confidence

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and consistent when working independently

Fluent in English Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows

Background in academic research, technical writing, or curriculum development

Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts as an end user or researcher
