Ertech is seeking experienced Leading Hands with a solid civil construction background, particularly earthworks and pavements, to support the Heathcote Road Overtaking Lane Project in NSW. You will lead self-performing crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure production, safety and quality targets are met across multiple fronts.
